Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Uncrossed Postal Order. Payments are
to be made in Sterling Pounds.
Bank and other Payment method Detail are available upon request or can be
found on Invoice.
All prices are as stated we reserve the right to alter our without prior notice. All
prices include VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise.
We accept no return of custom orders of any nature for instance Custom
Built/specified PC Systems.

It is the Customers responsibility to satisfy themselves that Service or
Equipment is functioning correctly or as stated by our Technicians. By accepting
Goods or Services you are agreeing that all items are functioning as required
and that you are satisfied with the Service provided by ControlAltDeleteIt. Any
action required or faults found and not notified within our accepted timescale is
at our discretion, we reserve the right to charge as normal for any rectifications,
Services or Replacements and the cost of these rectifications.

We are a professional Company and only use high quality Parts,
Software/hardware unless instructed to use lower quality by the customer. We
take no responsibility for any failure of service, faults or damage to parts or any
liability for consequential loss in any way if Customer instructs parts or service
below our recommendations.
We accept no responsibility for consequential loss or damage in any form from
the failure of Parts, Equipment or Services. We use high quality equipment but
occasionally parts may fail unexpectedly.

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that any Software or Hardware/
external hardware is compatible with any PC system or Server used,
ControlAltDelete IT can offer advised but no guarantee is expressed nor
implied.

We are a leading highly North West I.T. Company with a many years knowledge
and qualifications with an excellent reputation, we aim to provide the most up to
date and efficient service for Home or Business User. We are extremely
knowledgeable in the capabilities of Software and/or hardware and general
usage conditions and life expectancies. W will advise to the best of our
knowledge the durability or Equipment, or Services but we take no liability for
any failure of such equipment. Although we advise to the best of our knowledge
on how equipment or Services are likely to perform it is always a possibility that
any item may fail sooner than expected we cannot be held responsible for such
events.

We advise all customers both Home User and Business to take proper steps to
backup any valuable data in case of equipment failure, Hard Drives often fail
without any notice and this may mean the loss of every piece of information
within the system.

Where ControlAltDelete IT provides, maintains or services a Server System all
equipment should be used as directed, Servers contain Back Up Systems
to help save any loss of data in the event of a Hard Drive Failing and so on
however we advise caution and instruct that customers take further steps to
protect against both server/Hard Drive/Software failure in addition to the Back
Up Systems in place within the server itself. Customers should save valuable
data to Disk, External Removable Hard Drive or other means to help secure
against any major failure to a system. We accept no liability for Server/System
failure in any way or failure due to force majeure and expect that customers
exercise Data Backup systems, we can advise tailored Data Backup Solution
Equipment or Software or provide Tuition on correct Data Protection and
Backup Techniques.

We provide a data recover service for a fee but cannot guarantee how much
information it is possible to recover, you may choose to ask us to only recover
precious documents, Photos etc rather than attempt to retrieve all data,
sometimes it is simply not possible to recover any Data due to the advanced
failure of the system. We may offer in many cases the option of wiping a PC
system Clean and reinstalling fresh Data and Software.
Virus Removal. We will aim to remove any virus form systems as agreed but
cannot guarantee that systems will remain free from future attack. We advise
avoiding dubious sites, sites of a sexual nature, avoid clicking on Pop-Ups and
be advised to act in caution with messages displayed advising of Computer
Virus attack to help prevent Virus attack.
We will not provide refunds/ replacements where we feel that you have not
taken proper care of your purchase or treated it in a way that would cause
damage. We will not provide replacements where an item was offered as a sale
or reduced item that is non returnable. No refund will be given for damaged/non
returned goods so please insure any returns.
We cannot be liable for accidents beyond our control. It is the consumer's
responsibility to take care of themselves and the item. We advise care when
unpacking orders or using Equipment, common sense should be applied and
Products and Service should only be used as directed. We take no
responsibility for items, services, software, hardware used in any manner other
than its intended use. If you are in doubt of how to use any equipment or service
please ask a ControlAltDeleteit Technician before use.
We are not liable for any disruption/ strikes / delay by Courier companies or for
Force Majeure.

We reserve the right to keep information about you for our business purposes,
we will not use this information against you or in any way that we feel you would
be unhappy with. We will not pass your information on to third parties.
